Alex is focussed on sustainable and regenerative agriculture as well as insects within the farm landscape. Alex will introduce the audience to FarmED and also discuss the benefits of regenerative farming and food production.

Eva will provide an in-depth demonstration on how to create the best cauliflower dish. Cauliflowers have done well this year and are so often cooked badly. Eva will create some tasty cauliflower creations for everyone to try. Followed by a Q&A session focused on getting the best from quality British brassicas.

Join Sam for a cookery demonstration like no other, Sam will be creating a spicy margarita pizza from scratch and making the
very best Espresso Martini. In addition, Sam will be discussing some of his top tips for creating a top-class dish and cocktail.

Join Eva for a baaarilliant cookery demonstration, Eva will be creating the best lamb dish from scratch and will be discussing some of her top tips for creating a top-class dish using excellent British Lamb.

Fun with Sugar! Cake Decorating – Ona Thelwell Theme!
Corrin will take to the stage with her amazing cake decorating skills. Corrin will provide an in-depth demonstration on how to create the best iced cake decorations with her Thelwell Themed cake. Followed by a Q&A session focused on getting the best cake decorating results.
Sam Lawson-King Roots + Seeds Cafe & Kitchen
Join Sam for a wine tasting session, sampling some of the finest English wines. Sam will introduce the audience to a selection of the best English Wines, discuss how they are made, where they are from and what they are best consumed with. This session will include some blind tastings and audience participation.

Mystery Bag Challenge!
Eva and Sam will go head-to-head to create a dish from scratch from a mystery bag of ingredients. Eva and Sam will be against the clock to create a top-class dish from a random selection of local ingredients.
There will also be a Q&A session where audience members can put their questions to Eva and Sam.

Susie will join Vernon Harwood to talk about The Cotswold Baking Workshop and the fantastic food and drink available from right across the Cotswolds, giving time to some of our amazing local traders selling their fantastic produce at the Show.
