Moreton Show
Horse Exhibitor InformationExhibitor Packs
This year we will not be sending out Exhibitor packs due to so many getting lost in the post in previous years. Vehicle passes have been emailed out to all exhibitors – please make sure you have received yours as you will not be able to enter the lorry park without it.
Horse Numbers and Exhibitor wristbands can be collected from the Horse Secretaries tent on showday. For safety reasons, access into the horse lorry park from the main showground is restricted only to those wearing a pink exhibitor wristband.
PLEASE NOTE: EXHIBTIOR WRISTBANDS WILL NOT GIVE ACCESS INTO THE SHOW THROUGH THE MAIN PAY GATES.
Horse Parking
- Showing Exhibitors will be in the Batsford Road Horsebox Park. Access to the Batsford Road Horsebox Park is through GATE 3 (follow the pink signs) which is located on the Batsford Road, w3w: farm.improving.attic
- Pairs Relay and Arena Eventing Exhibitors will be in the Dorn Road Horsebox Park. Access to the Priory Horsebox Park is through GATE 8 (follow the pink signs) which is located on the Dorn Road, w3w: unlimited.owners.building
Your vehicle pass must be shown to get access into the Horsebox Park. NO VEHICLES OTHER THAN HORSEBOXES/TOWING VEHICLES WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE HORSEBOX PARK – other vehicles can park for free in the Public Car Parks.
If you have a groom or rider travelling separately please let the Horse Secretary know ASAP as they will need to be sent a HORSE EXHIBITOR ticket to gain pedestrian access into the Horsebox park from the public car parks.
Owners travelling separately will need to park in the public car parks and enter the show through the main entrances, their admission tickets will be sent directly to the email which was given on the entry forms.
Please make sure you allow plenty of time to get to the Show as the routes into the showground can get very busy with traffic.
