Horse Exhibitor Information

Showing Exhibitors

Packs will not be sent out to Showing Exhibitors due to so many getting lost in the post in previous years.  Vehicle passes have been emailed out – please make sure you have received yours as you will not be able to enter the lorry park without it.

Showing Horse Numbers can be collected from the Horse Secretaries tent and Exhibitor Wristbands can be collected from the marquee at the top of the horsebox park at the entrance to the horse walk. For safety reasons, access back into the horse lorry park from the main showground is restricted only to those wearing a pink exhibitor wristband.

Arena Eventing, Show Jumping and Pairs Relay Exhibitors

Exhibitor packs have been sent out with vehicle passes and exhibitor wristbands. Arena Eventing exhibitors should bring their own printed numbers and bibs. Show Jumping exhibitors will be given a number at ringside. Pairs Relay exhibitors should collect their numbers and sign a declaration form at the Horse Secretaries.
