The team at Moreton Show are excited to showcase a rare breed of sheep so small, that it’s impossible to see them.
Shepherd Ben
Cottrell has been farming in the Cotswolds since he was tiny, so has come
across many breeds of sheep over the years. But this year, at Moreton Show, Ben
and his country companions will wow the crowds with sheep so small they can’t
be seen.
The show prides itself on its
traditional values and providing a stage for British agriculture, local produce
and crafts, as well as championing livestock - including rare breeds – throughout
the one-day farming extravaganza.
Lynne Parkes, Livestock Secretary at Moreton Show, says:
“Each year, our team continues to support farming across the generations and
this year, together with our members, sponsors and visitors, we’re excited to welcome
these teeny, tiny sheep to the Show.”
Moreton Show will parade an array of livestock and be championing
many rare breeds on Saturday 7th September 2024.
